If you don’t have the proper food your body will become fatigued from a poor diet. Proteins are important as well as carbohydrates. Do not eat the food that you store for your survival. There are foods that will last as long as 25 years on a shelf because of the way it is packaged. Other important items you should not overlook at first aid, clothes, cooking implements, weapons, digging tools, flashlights, and multi vitamins to help keep the necessary minerals and vitamins in your system.
